Natalie entered the house with a very unique take on the game. Rather than following the traditional "appear weak now and strike later," she immediately proved herself as a competition beast, winning two of the first three competitions (granted her first HOH was secret). She won a total of 4 HOH competitions and 3 power of veto competitions during her season, tying the record for most HOH competitions in a season with KhiaShamone. Despite her incredibly competitive nature, Natalie was never targeted until the final 4, even being left alone by her enemies out of fear of retaliation. Natalie held a lot of control over the game, working primarily with Shaniqua and Dogs to steamroll through Team End and associates during the pre-jury and early jury. By the final 9, Natalie shifted her attention to BB, Logan, and Gonzalez, successfully evicting everyone in her path by the final 4. However, during the final 4, she was left vulnerable when Neda won the HOH and POV, therefore nominating her alongside Shaniqua. Natalie was evicted, as she was the biggest threat to win the game. Almost every juror said in their post-eviction interview that they were rooting for her to win.
When Natalie returned she initially attempted to begin beasting through the game yet again, though she fell just short in competitions against Khia and Freddy. She chose to maintain a lower profile afterwards, hoping Khia could act as a shield for her due to the massive target on her back from season 3. However, due to Canada's Veto, Natalie was thrown in harm's way when Kiki won the HOH and left the seat ready for her, nominating her after Canada saved BB & Cubs with the veto. Natalie attempted to save herself by calling out Khia and Freddy, however, this caused the two to turn their backs on her, therefore evicting her in a 6 to 3 vote. Had she not done this, and kept their votes, Evan, the eventual winner, would have been evicted in a 5 to 4 vote (and brought back due to two alternates voting in her favor).
Host Opinion
Natalie was a VERY entertaining HouseGuest for the sole reason of being a competition beast with nobody out for her. No one even considered her for nomination or placed her on their shortlist until the final 4, and it was incredibly entertaining to see her steamroll through the pre-jury without most HouseGuests realizing what she was doing. Overall, she was an amazing HouseGuest.
I don't see how Natalie could've done much else to prevent her eviction. I think calling out Khia and Freddy was the absolute wrong move to make since she knew she had the votes of Dogs, Angelina, and Shaniqua, but otherwise she played the best with the poor hand she was dealt by her history in season 3. She could have been more social with the Iconic 3 to minimize the target, though. Good luck in future endeavors, Natalie!
